Just when you thought that Israel couldn't stoop any lower:
Al-Jazeera reports that 16 have been killed in an attack by Israeli forces on the Freedom Flotilla, a non-violent fleet of aid-carrying ships traveling to Gaza.
I'm left wondering when will the world say 'Enough!' to the arrogantly inhumane shenanigans of Israel?

You know what just BLEW my mind away because its so ridiculous and unthinkable.
My friend posted the link to that same Aljareeza article on her facebook and the title of the link came up as,
Israel 'attacks' Gaza aid fleet
WTFISH? FACEBOOK? I thought it was suppose to be a greedy corporation following the money -- not supporting any particular side!
So begins the propaganda ...
There's a protest this tuesday. I want to go, inshaAllah.

Israel has proven once again that it is a terrorist state. Only terrorism can kill innocent people even those who come to help others suffering, and Israel has today shown the whole world that not only does it massacre the residents of Palestine but anyone who come in aid to help them also meets the same fate.
This is truly a sad day for humanity against evil. The governments need to voice their condemnation against Israel.
BOYCOTT ISRAEL TODAY
This is simply terrible...unfortunately I don't see Israel paying for any of its crimes as long as it has the US staunchly by its side. The most that'll happen I feel will be some bad PR for Israel but what good will that do when no UN resolutions will be drafted against its actions, when it'll continue to receive US "aid", and when it won't face any trade embargoes. I have yet to hear any of the "Muslim" governments, particularly its neighbors, condemn the incident and actually cut off relations with this rogue state. With the notable exception of Turkey I haven't heard a peep from any Muslim states yet.
And I don't think the Palestinian leaders will do anything decisive either. After much wailing and "condemnation" from Abbas he'll go back to the negotiating table with them and slowly give in to Israel's demands without them giving much up of anything and that'll be called a "successful" peace process. I don't believe this conflict will be resolved until Muslims take it upon themselves to rise up and take the initiative in governing themselves by the laws of Islam Insha'Allah.
What grates me is how every diplomat's response includes an "investigation" into what "really happened". They way I see it, nothing those aid workers could have done would have warranted the scale of the brutal attack on them. This is just another bullying tactic by Israel and its allies are once again left too dumbfounded to respond adequately.
One would think that the world, knowing what it knows about oppressive regimes and dictatorships as well as apartheid, would be more vehement in its opposition against Israel's tyranny... but most have lost the plot somewhere.
Like I've said before, all of these events merely fulfill a prophecy.
I agree with the above comments. This is just Isreal being Isreal. And again, the world will come out with its condemnations (minus the majority of Muslim nations because many of them are too scared to say too much), followed by an "investigation" into the incident, and that will be the end of the story.
I just can't imagine how Isreal can get away with this kind of stuff? I especially cannot understand how American citizens haven't finally said, enough is enough. In any case, Allah (SWT) has a plan, and His plan is better than all of their plans put together.
My prayers are with the people of Palestine.

The most recent polls show only 19 percent of Americans hold Israel at fault, 49 percent blame Palestinian activists. I think the images played over and over on MSNBC, CNN, Fox and even Jon Stewart of the man holding the curved knife, the people on the sixth ship wielding makeshift weapons, the post-tragedy interviews in Turkish and Arabic with passengers who said they were willing to "die trying" to get to Gaza all played out to American ears anyway as something other than a strictly peaceful protest. Interesting that the Israelis are beating themselves up over the negative impact of their huge intelligence failure, when in actuality most Americans agree with their interpretation of events. I haven't seen polls in Europe.
By the way, love your blog.
